This Privacy Policy applies to MomOS and DadOS, operated by Ana (@yestomomlife). We are committed to protecting your privacy and your children's information.
1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect
App Records: All personal records — custody calendar entries, handoff logs, expense records, daily family logs, child profiles, communications logs, meal and workout plans — are stored locally on your device only. We never have access to this data.
Account Data: Your email address and subscription status. Used only to authenticate you and manage your access.
Chat Data: Messages sent through the Secure Chat feature are encrypted before they leave your device. We store only encrypted data. Your email address is stored alongside messages to identify participants in court exports.
Payment Data: We do not collect or store payment information. Handled by Stan Store or Apple App Store.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- Your children's names, photos, or medical information
- Your location
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Any content from your custody calendar, expense log, or daily logs
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your email to authenticate you, manage your subscription, and send important account notices. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.
5. Children's Privacy
The Apps are for parents only. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Information about your children stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
6. Data Security
- All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
- Chat messages are encrypted before leaving your device
- Account credentials managed by Supabase (ISO 27001 certified)
- Your records are protected by your device's own security
7. Data Retention
Account data: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Chat messages: Stored encrypted. Immutable by design for legal admissibility. Local data: On your device until you delete the app.
8. Your Rights
Contact yestomomlife@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your data. You can delete your account anytime from within the app under Settings → Delete Account.

These Terms govern your use of MomOS and DadOS, operated by Ana (@yestomomlife). By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Apps Are
MomOS and DadOS are personal organization and documentation tools. The Apps are not legal advice, therapy, or a substitute for a qualified family law attorney.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Apps.
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for your account security
- You must use the email address you used to purchase your subscription
- One account per person — accounts may not be shared
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions billed through Stan Store or Apple App Store. Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period. Refund requests: contact yestomomlife@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Apps to harass or harm others, access another user's account, transmit illegal content, or attempt to reverse engineer the Apps.
7. Chat and Shared Records
Messages in the Secure Chat cannot be edited or deleted by either party — intentional for legal admissibility. Shared records cannot be recalled after being accepted.
8. Disclaimer
The Apps are provided "as is." We do not guarantee records will be accepted by any court as legal evidence. Please consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
